The repository CLI has local dev, login and managed-deploy commands. Public npm distribution is not released; use --help from a built checkout.
lunax dev runs a local project on loopback, without API login or a cloud deployment. In Builder bridge mode it refuses an independent second dev runner; waking remains worker-owned.
Before public download: verify clean installation, packaged files, documented API compatibility, command examples and supported-framework end-to-end checks.
