Question 1

What is Lunax?

Accepted Answer

Lunax brings together agent-assisted building, app hosting and agency work. Builder early access is coming soon by invitation; check availability on each service’s page.

Question 2

What services does Lunax offer?

Accepted Answer

Agency services include web development, AI integration, branding, content, motion and sales analytics. Work follows a package or defined proposal and is separate from builder access.

Question 3

Which markets do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Check the selected service and market for availability and payment terms. Page language alone does not establish commercial access.

Question 4

How is project pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

Use the selected package’s official catalog price and deliverables. Work outside a package needs an approved scope and price before implementation.

Question 5

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Check revision allowances and bug-fix coverage in the selected package or contract. They differ across services.

Question 6

What are the payment methods and terms?

Accepted Answer

Use only the active payment method shown for your account and market. Agency payment milestones follow the proposal or package.

Question 7

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Review refund terms in the service policy and order agreement. Ask support about any uncertainty before paying, citing the selected package.

Question 8

What is the typical project timeline?

Accepted Answer

Review the schedule in the selected package or approved proposal. Delivery dates depend on a defined scope and dependencies.

Question 9

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Revision allowances differ by service package. Use the selected package’s terms and agree on scope changes separately.

Question 10

Do you provide post-delivery support?

Accepted Answer

Check support duration and coverage in the selected package. Define responsibility for updates and work outside support during handover.

Question 11

How does the AI chat assistant work?

Accepted Answer

Lanz supports conversation and service guidance; the builder agent plans and changes code. Builder access depends on an invitation and service status.

Question 12

Is the AI chat reliable?

Accepted Answer

Answers and code can be wrong. Check results with real inputs and review access controls and costs before publishing.

Question 13

What AI services do you offer for businesses?

Accepted Answer

Define a scenario and permitted data for document search, request handling or file processing. Start by assessing a testable prototype.

Question 14

What technologies do you use?

Accepted Answer

Web projects use technologies such as React, Next.js and PostgreSQL. The exact selection depends on project requirements and scope.

Question 15

Do you build mobile apps?

Accepted Answer

Explain mobile, PWA or app requirements at the start so compatibility and scope can be assessed. App store publication has separate requirements.

Question 16

Will my website be SEO-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Technical SEO follows the package scope. Review titles, content, accessibility and performance; search ranking is not guaranteed.

Question 17

What's included in a branding package?

Accepted Answer

Check deliverables and revision allowances in the selected branding package. Logos, guidelines and campaign materials differ across packages.

Question 18

Do you offer logo design separately?

Accepted Answer

Send logo requirements and required file formats. Define delivery terms and usage rights in the proposal or package.

Question 19

Who owns IP after project completion?

Accepted Answer

You own your builder project’s code. For agency work, review file handover and third-party usage rights in the agreement; portfolio publication requires permission.

Question 20

How do you protect my data?

Accepted Answer

Access controls help reduce information exposure, but your app also needs authorization and input review. Keep secrets out of browser code and public messages. Review connected models’ data-processing terms too.

Question 21

Accepted Answer

Send the requirement and current project status through the contact route. For agency work, review the scope and proposal terms before approval. Builder entry has a separate invitation gate.
