To choose between a VPS and cloud compute, first establish who manages the app and server. A product label alone does not define billing or support.
Define the workload
Check memory requirements and the operating system version against the running app. For background processing, idle behavior matters too. More capacity does not replace investigating application faults.
Read the billing unit
Read compute and storage billing separately. Stopping a machine may not end data-retention charges; use the selected service’s terms.
Lunax Cloud status
There is currently no active region for ordering virtual machines. Product pages and the console remain available for review; links and price tables do not establish ready capacity.
